my little monkeys like this jungle gym! We have in our cellar at this point in time and have found no need to fasten it to the floor. a great 4 years old and an average size 3 year old played on it with no movement/tipping. Disassembly requires little effort with the help of the tool supplied. measurements: approx.. 6 ft round and 4 feet tall. advice: to save time and sore thumb using a flat head screwdriver to press down! Works like a charm
